Public schools have failed to bring needy sudents to an equal level of achievement with their peers. The answer is private funding for public education alongside a model like Cristo Rey. This model takes students that want to succeed and keeps their family, culture, and education united for school success. It also grants these students an educational advantage; the chance to work at a young age with experienced businessmen and women to supplement the cost of their education.
